Stunning property proudly resting on a bluff overlooking shimmering azure Caribbean waters at a rare elevation for Grand Cayman. The private positioning allows for a quiet setting that is a two minute walk to a lovely private sandy beach. The property has its own sets of golf clubs, a ping pong table and two adult bicycles to enjoy. Located just 20 minutes from Georgetown airport and the world famous Seen Mile Beach. Car rental is available at airport and the responsibility of the individual to secure if mobility is desired.

Pricing varies by room type and occupancy and is per person, inclusive rate.

Pre-Natal Yoga Retreat - Pregnancy is a time of astonishing changes as we prepare for the birth of the new addition to our life. Yoga can nurture us through the physical demands of pregnancy, open and realign the body for a more efficient labor and delivery, and give us tools to help through the first amazing and challenging months with our new baby. A pre-natal retreat will cater specifically to the needs of the pregnant mother with yoga and meditation for pregnancy and childbrith, three wholesome meals per day and childbirth education workshops in the evenings. There is plenty of free time daily for exploring, relaxing and connecting with other women facing the same challenges and changes. We offer this retreat to expecting women and women wanting to conceive. *Please note these retreats are only suitable after the first trimester of pregnancy, ideally after your 12 weeks scan and with Doctor permission.

Post-Natal Yoga Retreat - After baby has been born, we need gentle and targeted stabilising postures to help the body regain it's integrity and mobility. We also need rest, relaxation and nurturing to enable us to take care of our children. A post-natal retreat will include baby and me yoga, post natal yoga postures targeting the abdominal region and pelvic floor. *Please note these retreats are suitable from 5-6 weeks after a regular delivery, and at least 2.5 - 3 months after a cesaerean delivery (ideally after your GP's approval).

We offer this retreat to new parents with babies in arms (not yet mobile) to take time together to rest, bond and rejuvenate. Double Occupancy Rate applies.
