Our prenatal yoga is designed to support you and your baby mentally, spiritually and physically throughout your pregnancy and birth. It is empowering, educating, and builds communities of like minded parents. Yoga during pregnancy should be different from a regular practice. A woman's body is undergoing constant, profound changes throughout her pregnancy. The Khalsa Way classes provide exercises that can be modified for any phase of pregnancy. The material presented is especially designed to accommodate her ever changing body and encourage holistic health and preparation for the birth experience. These classes give mothers a chance to talk, share, stretch, rejoice, relax and find community! Helping women become conscious mothers is perhaps the greatest way we can help bring peace to the world.
Slow flow/Restorative Class with Adrienne (Thursday's noon-1): deep relaxation in bolstered, supported postures. Non- mobile babies are welcome!
